Arihant Hospital

What We Did
Arihant Hospital had an Instagram account with almost no engagement — generic posts, low-quality graphics, and zero strategy. We came in and rebuilt everything from the ground up.
Strategy
We shifted the content from corporate announcements to patient-first storytelling. Doctor Q&As, health awareness reels, behind-the-scenes content, and community health tips. We also redesigned the visual language to feel warm and trustworthy rather than clinical and cold.
Results
In 3 months, their Instagram went from 600 to over 3,200 followers organically. More importantly, the hospital started receiving 15-20 direct appointment enquiries per month from Instagram alone — which was zero before we started.
Key Learnings
Healthcare audiences respond strongly to educational content that helps them understand their own health. Authenticity — showing real doctors, real staff, real stories — builds far more trust than polished but impersonal posts.
The Aryan School
Dehradun, Uttarakhand · Education
What We Did
The school had tried running Facebook ads before but couldn't figure out why they were spending ₹50,000/month and getting almost no results. We audited everything and rebuilt the campaign from scratch.
Strategy
The problem was simple: they were targeting too broadly and the ad creative was too generic. We narrowed targeting to parents in specific pin codes, created separate campaigns for different board offerings (CBSE vs ICSE), and developed creative that led with the school's unique environment and achievements — not just "admissions open".
Results
Enquiries went up 180% while the cost per lead dropped from ₹1,200 to ₹540. The school had their best admission season in 4 years. The Google Ads campaign targeted high-intent searches like "best school in Dehradun" and consistently drove form fills throughout the admission season.
Key Learnings
Education marketing works best when you lead with transformation — what life looks like after choosing your school — not just features. Parents are making an emotional decision, so the creative has to meet them there.
Project Turtle
Delhi / Remote · Social Enterprise
What We Did
Project Turtle is a conservation initiative doing important work on sea turtle protection. But their digital presence wasn't matching the impact they were making on the ground. We worked with them to build a growth strategy that could drive awareness and donations online.
Strategy
We started by clearly defining their story — who they are, why it matters, and what action they wanted people to take. Then we built a content plan around their field work: videos, impact stories, team profiles, and the "why this matters" narrative that social causes need to drive action. We also helped them run a donation campaign with clear messaging and a simple landing page.
Results
The donation campaign raised 3x more than their previous online effort. Their Instagram grew by 1,800 engaged followers — not bots, real people who care about the cause. Five media outlets covered their work after we helped them develop a press kit and outreach strategy.
Key Learnings
Social causes have an incredible advantage: genuine emotion. The key is not wasting it on bland content. Show the work, show the impact, show the people involved. That's what makes people stop scrolling and actually do something.
DD College
Dehradun, Uttarakhand · Higher Education
What We Did
DD College had almost no Google visibility despite being an established institution. Students searching for courses in Dehradun weren't finding them. We built a complete SEO and local search strategy to fix that.
Strategy
We started with a full audit — technical SEO issues, missing local citations, no Google Business Profile optimization. Then we built out content pages for each major course offering, targeting high-intent searches like "B.Com college Dehradun" and "best arts college Dehradun". We also fixed their Google Maps presence which had incomplete information and zero reviews.
Results
Within 5 months, DD College ranked in the top 3 results for 8 competitive course-related keywords. Their organic traffic tripled and course enquiries from search grew by 150%. Their Google Business Profile went from 12 reviews to 87 — and that alone started driving significant walk-in traffic.
Key Learnings
For educational institutions, local SEO is massively underutilised. Most colleges don't have their Google Business Profile properly set up, don't have course-specific landing pages, and ignore student reviews. Fix these basics and you can dominate local search relatively quickly.
Dabur India
National Campaign · FMCG
What We Did
Worked with the Dabur social media team on content strategy and visual production for specific product lines. The goal was to make their digital content feel less like advertising and more like conversations with their audience.
Strategy
We developed a content framework built around usage occasions, user stories, and ingredient storytelling. For Ayurvedic products especially, there's a rich story to tell — heritage, natural ingredients, and traditional wisdom. We helped bring that to life through well-crafted short-form video, carousel posts, and campaign-specific creative.
Results
Content output increased to 60+ assets per month across multiple product lines with consistent visual quality. Engagement rates improved by 35% compared to the previous agency's work. Monthly reach crossed 2.1M organically across platforms.
Key Learnings
For legacy brands, the challenge is making heritage feel modern and relevant — not diluting the brand's identity but expressing it in the language of today's social media. The sweet spot is when brand values and platform-native content come together.
